Tears for fears

So, maybe you saw the pictures that I posted yesterday. I have been wanting a way to illustrate my diary for a long time, and finally, after a lot of research, decided on a digital camera. This week I made 3 trips to Eden, the "Hyper Media Mart" to try out some cameras.
Two of those trips I had made because I expected the Nikon rep to be there, but up to the last trip yesterday, there was no rep and the camera that I wanted wasn't there, so I had them order one for me.
I was in the store next door when it occurred to me that I should have them order an English instruction manual because I would hate to wait for the order and then have to order the manual separately. I went back to the counter and the clerk told me to wait while he brought out the camera. It had arrived while I was in the other store.
I sat down and we all had a look at the camera and its accessories. I really wanted to take this camera home, but everything was in Japanese and I was worried and I was a little disappointed and a little upset and well, frustrated at not being able to communicate and then, without any help from me, tears just started coming out of my eyes.
Gyad! How embarrassing! I couldn't stop them! I wasn't sobbing or anything, the faucet just sprung a leak. I tried to divert my eyes, but the clerk could tell I was upset.
I told them I would take the camera and they ordered an English manual for me, which should arrive in two weeks. They also gave me a carrying case for the camera as a "service". I thanked them profusely for their help, and feeling a little better went to the store next door and took my first pictures (see below).
I posted some pictures yesterday of my apartment, added to those today and I added a picture to Batgirl. I plan to go out today and take some more. This is going to be fun!
